Refund policy

AKHLA accepts return requests within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging. Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted.

To request a return, contact support@akhlawear.com with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.

Sale items, gift cards, and items marked final sale cannot be returned.

For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos and 15 sec videos .
